  22. This game has spectacular Audio and Video, over 90 minutes of full motion
  23. video.  The three cases are well done and the acting is good.  It reminds
  24. me of a BBC production.  Gameplay and interface is also quite good.  
  25. Unfortunately, re-visiting characters later in the game when more clues 
  26. have been uncovered does not yield new information, they just tell you the
  27. same thing.  The game is also fairly short.  Expect to spend 2 to 5 hours
  28. on each case.  You will have to interview many people, consult your files,
  29. London Library, even read the Times.  Replay is encouraged through a scoring
  30. mechanism that reports how well you did compared to Holmes' best possible 
  31. score.  I found that replay goes very quickly and is fun but doesn't succeed
  32. in extending the games "play life" much.  What does lend to the replay value
  33. is the shear impressiveness of the video and audio.  This game was made for
  34. CD-ROM, and uses around 300 Meg of storage.  Game save is possible to a floppy
  35. or hard disk.

  37. The game comes on a CD in a standard plastic CD "jewel box", with all 
  38. documentation (including the printed copy of the on-line London Times 
  39. editions needed to solve the cases), and registration.  Also comes in the
  40. original cardboard CD box.   I am the original owner.
