- Civ 4 fixes a number of bugs that are already fixed in v3. But Civ4
- makes the game much harder to win. I haven't had any time to play
- lately, but I did try it out for an hour a week ago, and the concept
- of very unhappy people makes things much harder. Except for that
- there's nothing new though.
-
- I've heard some make the claim that civ4 is for those who're regularly
- winning at Emperor level with the regular game. Perhaps, but my wife
- who regularly wins at Emperor level with the regular game, continues
- to win with civ4 too. In fact, the very unhappy people has barely
- affected her. I, on the other hand, could not even win at King level
- regularly and continue to lose with civ4.
