- I've found dealing with Zenon very very painful. Although they are mostly
- honest (i.e. they ship what you paid for), if anything goes wrong it's like
- pulling teeth to get replacement parts out of them (and they ship them UPS
- ground which means you're down for a minimum of a week). I talked to at least
- one person at Zenon who confided in me that they were going to quit because they
- couldn't handle being in the middle of the company and its customers.

- The service folk are nice, but can only handle the most basic problems. They
- can't support most of the add-in components (modems for example).

- It's become clear to me that their low low prices mean razor thin margins and
- razor thin margins mean little room for nicities like support, replacement
- parts, etc.
