  16. I just noticed the RS232->HP cable that I bought a few months back is
  17. starting to come loose at the HP connector end.  The whole reason
  18. I paid $$ for a 'real' HP cable was because I thought I'd get
  19. good quality.  I've hardly used this cable, and when not in use (99%
  20. of the time) it's sitting peacfully on a shelf.

  22. Has anyone else had this problem?  I'd like some recommendations on how
  23. to fix it or advice on HP's policy towards such things.
