  16. Thanks for explaining.  Your feedback is noted.  Unfortunately, the
  17. problem is the program doesn't know if the situation is normal operation
  18. or not.  It might really be a problem.  Sigh, that's the hard thing
  19. about user interfaces, it's difficult to know the context in advance and
  20. say the right thing to all users.
