  20. Sounds like your friend has found an HP SE around.  They have tapes
  21. that make your machine much more useful.  Unfortunately, HP has this
  22. new "make money at all costs" philosophy, so getting a live SE to
  23. your site is not at all easy.  In the old days (3 years ago :-)  you
  24. could get an SE out just by calling your sales rep and saying you
  25. need help.  Now, you need to get divine intervention :-)

  27. Even getting the response center to upgrade your problem to the
  28. local office doesn't work (I have one request in right now).  All
  29. the HP SEs are out doing consulting services, instead of supporting
  30. customers...
