- local HP support organization should be able to inform you about this.

- Of course I can not objectively answer this one. My personal
- impression is that there used to be a big delay between the US and
- Europe. Nowadays the delays are much less, at least for The Netherlands.
- However, for reasons unknown to me, there apparently are still
- relatively many complaints (in comp.sys.hp) from certain countries (UK
- comes to mind).
