  40. As said in other postings before, it is not part of the standard distribution.

  42. You can get it by anonymous ftp from hp5.mcs.kent.edu and 
  43. ftp.rz.uni-karlsruhe.de. (Btw, I recomend using archie. It's faster than
  44. usenet.)
