  15. Probably happenstance.  Each fileset on update media includes a data
  16. block in an INDEX file.  This data includes the partition name (and
  17. description).  The packagers of RMBUX apparently used that partition
  18. name instead of PROG-LANGUAGES, for whatever reason.  The point is that
  19. there is no central list of partitions and their filesets, rather, each
  20. fileset, from any supplier, names the partition of which it is a member.
