- Probably happenstance. Each fileset on update media includes a data
- block in an INDEX file. This data includes the partition name (and
- description). The packagers of RMBUX apparently used that partition
- name instead of PROG-LANGUAGES, for whatever reason. The point is that
- there is no central list of partitions and their filesets, rather, each
- fileset, from any supplier, names the partition of which it is a member.
