- I just loaded BASIC/UX on our netdist server (shut up, Barts,
- or I'll tell the world about you and COBOL!). Here is a partial look
- at the partitions from a subsequent run of update:
-
- Selected Name Partition Description Size in Kbytes
- ^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^
- n OS-ADMIN Recommended Administration Cmds 7326
- n OS-CORE Recommended System Core 9732
- n OS-FEATURES Selectable OS Features 18797
- n PROG-LANGUAGES Programming Languages 11611
- n RMBUX HP BASIC/UX 6.2 6312
-
- I was amused that RMBUX appeared as a separate partition rather than
- being included in the PROG-LANGUAGES partition. Is this mere happenstance or
- an indictment of BASIC? Enquiring minds want to know...
