  11. The cards are propriatary.  Some of the best prices a year ago were mail order from what I want 
  12. to say is "J&K Music" in New York, but somehow that doesn't look right.  I have their
  13. catelog at home, so if the right name doesn't jump out at you from that approximation,
  14. email me back and I'll look it up for you.

  16. I've had my card go belly-up this year for some reason, and I'm debating whether to get
  17. another or just write it off.  I tried to get another at first, and it was back ordered 
  18. for several months when I sent them a note telling them to forget it.  The story may be 
  19. different now.
