This topic seems to be somewhat of an orphan, but maybe someone can answer it.

I've recently had opportunity to acquire a Tandy Model 102 portable computer;
it's no speed demon, and it's about halfway between "laptop" and "handheld" in
size, but I can program it in BASIC and, even without manuals, have made a
pretty impressive (to me) start at hacker (original MIT meaning) style de-
ciphering of its innards: I've found all the BASIC keywords in memory, found
the file system in memory, been able to patch a BASIC output data file so that
it looks (and executes) like one of the several built-in software applications
have verified that the CPU is a Z80, and have begun to disassemble part of
the operating system.

I'm now interested in the possibility of actually writing Z80 machine-language
code for this beast, and in possibly eliminating some of the drudge-work of
working up my own tools (assembler, disassembler) and of ferreting out the
configuration of hardware registers, I/O, etc.

I'd be interested in hearing from anybody who has this kind of information abo
about the Tandy model 100 or 102; 102 preferred, or can tell me a better place
to look for same.
