- You can save the last line from /etc/ttys for each frame buffer/monitor
- combination you want and put them all in the file with the ones you
- are not currently using commented out.

- You also have to watch out for differences in the kernel. You can include
- all the frame buffer device lines you need in your kernel config file (or copy
- all the lines from the GENERIC kernel config file to yours) and rebuild
- the kernel.
