- There are some tar ports in the public domain, you could easily locate
- them with archie.

- Another solution will be the installation of VMS Posix, there is an
- tar command included. (Besides that VMS POSIX is a halfhearted, damned slow
- Unix emulation). Installation of VMS POSIX will be at no cost for you,
- as the licence is included with VMS, and the KIT is on the CONDIST.
