- Well, I can tell you that sometimes Supra's service is not the greatest in
- the world.. however, recently a friend of mine had his supramodem 2400 blow
- up on him.. he also has 2 other modems (non-supra) which have never
- experienced any problems under the same conditions.. so, he sent back the
- modem with a strong letter stating what happened and that nothing happened
- with the other modems, etc.. they fixed it with no probs and no charge..
- so, if you just get annoyed with them and compare them to something else,
- you shouldn't have any problems..
