  28. Well, I can tell you that sometimes Supra's service is not the greatest in
  29. the world.. however, recently a friend of mine had his supramodem 2400 blow
  30. up on him.. he also has 2 other modems (non-supra) which have never
  31. experienced any problems under the same conditions.. so, he sent back the
  32. modem with a strong letter stating what happened and that nothing happened
  33. with the other modems, etc.. they fixed it with no probs and no charge..
  34. so, if you just get annoyed with them and compare them to something else,
  35. you shouldn't have any problems..
