  20. Not to flame anyone, but I don't agree.
  21. If someone doesn't read a group they may have good reasons for not doing 
  22. so. How could anyone else know? Even if they were just lazy, why shouldn't
  23. they be allowed to ask an occasional question? Nobody is obliged to
  24. answer them anyway.

  26. And considering the large flow of news, nobody could be expected
  27. to participate in more than a few newsgroups. Still they may very well
  28. come upon questions that can't be answered in their native groups. 
  29. So why not ask about it in the appropriate group and use the huge
  30. source of knowledge that Usenet is?
