- I have been trying to get a version of gnu emacs running on my 1040 STe
- with 4 meg and have not had any luck. I downloaded the MiNT files and
- the emacs for mint off of a.a.u.e and got all the files put in the
- right place, set my environment variables, and attempted to invoke
- emacs.
-
- Only problem is, every setting that I use for TERM, I get same response.
-
- It says that the setting does not support emacs as it can not position
- the cursor.
-
- Anyone know what I gotta do (or what kind of termcap I gotta get) to
- get emacs working!!!!
