  10. I'm having trouble with my Atari 1040ST, TOS 1.4 recognize my external
  11. disk drive.  When I try to get the disk directory, it would display:
  12.    Drive B: is not responding
  13.    Please check the disk drive
  14.    or insert a disk.

  16. The disk is okay on my internal drive.  The drive mechanism is a
  17. TEAC drive.  There are a bunch of jumper settings which I have
  18. no idea what it should be set to.

  20. They are US1, US0, RE, M1, M0, MS, D3, D2, D1, D0, and FG.  I
  21. figure the D0-D3 are the drive selectors, but I don't know about
  22. the rest of them.  Currently, I've closed the MS, D0, and FG
  23. jumpers.  Any ideas what it should really be set to.
