- This is bizzarre. The problem you are talking about is the same one I have had
- on the Macintosh but not the PC (haven't tried it with my MSTe). My dial-up
- UNIX access to the Internet is at 7-E-1. When I try to download something from
- the unix box to my macintosh, the only protocol that works is Kermit, which
- uses 7-bit bytes so this is fine. On my PC however, I can use XYZ to get files
- even though I am only using 7 data bits. Why is this???
