  20. PLEASE.  If you upload anything to atari.archive, post a DESCRIPTION of
  21. it here, not just "I uploaded X".  What the hell is "PERFPICH.TOS"?

  23. Especially when is is a (yuck) self-extracting archive - since people have
  24. to transfer it all the way home before being able to read any README or .doc
  25. files in the archive (whereas others can be downloaded to the host, and
  26. examined there).
