- PLEASE. If you upload anything to atari.archive, post a DESCRIPTION of
- it here, not just "I uploaded X". What the hell is "PERFPICH.TOS"?

- Especially when is is a (yuck) self-extracting archive - since people have
- to transfer it all the way home before being able to read any README or .doc
- files in the archive (whereas others can be downloaded to the host, and
- examined there).
