- An early version of DevPak by HiSoft was distributed on a magazine disk,
- I recon it's available. It has an Assembler/Debugger and (I think) an editor!

- Fairly nice... I "looked at it" and it looked very good.
- I have no opinion on it's effectiveness as a programming tool.
