  28. I do not know anything about the concetp of dumping EMACS 18.58, and I will
  29. try what you told me. But I do NOT understand why the simple method with the
  30. environment variables does not work. It look like it did in your case either.
  31. As I only have the binaries I don't know if and how I must specify the
  32. PURESIZE parameter. I hope first method with copying the *.elc files into
  33. the e-bin directory works.
