  13. Some weeks ago Eric R. Smith posted a small program `runtos.c' in
  14. comp.sys.atari.st.  It works very fine when used without NVDI.
  15. But when I use "Install Application" as described in the file `runtos.c'
  16. and when I have NVDI installed, I get an error after (!) `runtos.prg'
  17. returned.  Some parts of the desktop are already redrawed, when an alert
  18. box appears, which tells me that VDI was called with the invalid handle
  19. $FFFF.

  23.         echo /bin/hello.tos >> u:/pipe/TOSRUN

  25. while running `tcsh.ttp' and then quit TCSH, the same error occurs.  So I
  26. guess it is an error either in NVDI or in TOSWIN.  Has anybody made
  27. similar experiences?

  29. I am using the german version of NVDI 2.01 (the date is 21.10.1991) and I
  30. cannot find a version number in toswin, but it came with MiNT 0.95.
