  24. Yep.  Roger is referring to the ARGV standard, the official method for
  25. passing long command lines to programs.

  30. Well, if you want to download a _lot_ of files at once, you'll have to
  31. hand XYZ a very long parameter list.  XYZ (presumably) prepares for this
  32. eventuality by using startup code that knows how to parse arguments
  33. passed to it via ARGV; the problem (apparently) is that FZDT doesn't
  34. know how to _give_ args to XYZ via ARGV, thus losing the benefit of
  35. long command lines.
