- Yep. Roger is referring to the ARGV standard, the official method for
- passing long command lines to programs.

- Well, if you want to download a _lot_ of files at once, you'll have to
- hand XYZ a very long parameter list. XYZ (presumably) prepares for this
- eventuality by using startup code that knows how to parse arguments
- passed to it via ARGV; the problem (apparently) is that FZDT doesn't
- know how to _give_ args to XYZ via ARGV, thus losing the benefit of
- long command lines.
