- I'm not sure if this answers any of your questions, but virtually
- everything in the Falcon (BLiTTER, SCSI II, DSP, sound engines, and
- CODEC's, at least) has DMA. Since the DSP runs in parallel with the
- 68030 and has DMA, I wouldn't think the 68030 has to halt for much of
- anything.
