- Part of me agrees; it's just that the current "system" doesn't work very
- well. It's definitely NOT completely sensible!

- The problem occurs when one window is COMPLETELY obscured by the another.
- For instance, suppose I have the TOSWIN window covered by the TCSH window.
- I can't SEE the TOSWIN window - why should its menus activate when my
- mouse hits the (HIDDEN) spot where the TOSWIN is hiding? You can improve
- the rules, but the status quo has a problem, and this is where it lies.

- Someone mentioned the DCTOPPER program; that is a utility that forces the
- window on which the mouse pointer lies to become the "front" window. That
- is a way of making the system WORK, and do what you'd like. Ideally, the
- features of DCTOPPER should go into TOS/MiNT/MultiTOS/whatever, preferably
- as an OPTION, and not as a mandatory feature (ala X-windows, where you can
- customize the environment...)
