  26. news item.   It sent the uucico stats to 'cicostat' which of course wasn't
  27. registered as a user - rmail sent it to 'postmaster' which is defined as
  28. me so I got it OK !

  36. Yes, MNP4 is error correction (actually its faster than MNP5 which is error
  37. correction + compression).  From tests I've done it appears to do about 210cps
  38. with g-protocol and 250 cps with e-protocol (but I've only used e-protocol
  39. once)
