- The e-protocol is faster but never use it. If you are using MNP4 or V.42 you
- have error correction between the modems and won't lose data between the
- modems. But what is with the cable between your modem and the dte (computer)?
- If you didn't use a very good isolated cable you'll lose data between the
- modem and the dte.
