  22. There's two that I know of.  NewDesk Icon Editor from Software Development
  23. Systems (SDS).  It runs as a CPX.  Latest version is 2.xx.  Very nice.
  24. There's also the Icon Juggler (I think that's the name) from Codehead
  25. Technologies.  They ship it free when you buy the ROMs or the TEC from them,
  26. but everyone else can buy it from them for $10.  I believe the $10 also 
  27. includes Codehead docs for NewDesk.  The Icon Juggler is not an icon editor
  28. though; it edits the DESKICON.RSC.  I'm pretty sure you can only move icons
  29. around, assign them to different files, and import icons from other files.
