- No that ISN'T a typo. The 800XE is quite popular here in Germany.
- I didn't know that these computers aren't common in the U.S.A.
-
- I think the 800XE was released around 1989 in Germany.
- It looks axactly the same way as a 130XE (you know: that gray
- colored case that appeares like a tiny ST).
- The 800XE doesn't have a PBI like the 800XE but it has the cartridge
- port along with the ECI on the back (same as 130XE).
- Unlike the 130XE it has only 64Kb RAM.
- I wonder if it isn't just the 800XLF with an XE case?
- I don't know for sure, but the 800XE should have the Freddie (sp?)
- chip inside.
-
- On the whole the 800XE is a 130XE with 64Kb. Nothing special.
-
- Strange, I don't remember seeing a 65XE around here. I guess
- the 800XE IS the 65XE.
- Atari seems to give two names for one computer.
- 65XE in America, 800XE in Europe.

- You are right here :-)
- In this case it is a typo. 'Daemon' is indeed the German spelling
- of Demon.
