  18. Personally I think it is a good idea. I have full Internet access
  19. with FTP and all, but regardles to this it would be nice to have
  20. a place where small programms could be placed.
  21. Nearly all other comp.sys groups have its .binary section.
  22. Why not here?
  23. It wouldn't be a replacement for the archive at umich.edu but
  24. just a nice supplement.
