- Nope, you can't use cartridges for 2600, 7800 on your XE game system.
- These two do come from Atari but they are entirely
- different systems.

- As far as I know, the XE game system is internally identical to
- the XE home computers. You could take cartridges that run on
- that system (800XE, 130XE).
- Software for the XLs will run without problems (800XL, 600XL).

- There are a lot of cartridges for it available second hand.
- You could go for any cartridge designed for the Atari 8-bit
- home computers, except for a few really old ones for the
- Atari 400/800. Some of them need a translator to run (i.e. software
- that replaces the XE operating system by the OS for 400/800s)
