  21. 3) would everybody ALWAYS get EVERY file posted?  
  22.    I ALWAYS read EVERY message posted... but I haven't sent for EVERY
  23.    archive file..  and simply posting them ALL OVER the world wouldn't 
  24.    be very sane when anyone with UseNet/uucp access can just mail for 
  25.    them...
