  12. Well, IRSMan may rate A+/InCider pretty low for articles and what not,
  13. but I also have to give them an F- on subscription services.  After
  14. receiving an invoice for the magazine, I sent in my check for the next
  15. year.  I kept receiving notifications, so I wrote back asking what was
  16. wrong.  They replied that my check was never received, and requested a
  17. copy of the cancelled check.

  19. Upon sending a copy of my cancelled check, they finally replied saying
  20. that my account was OK and they merely wanted to see if I wanted
  21. future renewal.

  23. But then a few weeks later, I received the 5th notification that my
  24. subscription was bad, along with threatening comments about about
  25. taking legal action and what not.  So I sent another letter asking
  26. what was wrong, and they said they had no record of my check, and that
  27. I should send another copy of my cancelled check!

  29. It's one thing to have a problem, but when you report it and they
  30. still bork up, it gets real annoying fast.  If they don't get their
  31. act together with this second copy of my check I think I'll say adios
  32. to F-/InSlider...
