  11. Why is it that today I've seen 3 'please do not post, reply by email'
  12. requests?  I've been noticing them more and more.  Sure, some things
  13. should be done in email (such as flames, or frequently answered answers,
  14. or explaining something in greater detail), but the three I saw were
  15. general interest.  My attitude:  if you don't want to join the community,
  16. then you should not reap the benefits.  There was a similar discussion
  17. like this in sci.electronics.  Just thought of another example where it
  18. would be okay; if someone is posting for a friend.
