- There were 3 packages for using Dos 3.3 on 3.5" disks. The first was shareware
- by Gary Little, who after that point went to work for Apple. I think
- it's name was Unidos. He removed it from the market when a lot of folks
- took copies from Compuserve but didn't pay the shareware fee.
-
- The next was a commercial product by Nibble - I forget what it's name was.
- Now that Nibble is defunct, I wonder if the GEnie folk could contact them
- about getting the rights to the software they published. Hey GEnie folk,
- also think about contacting the A.P.P.L.E. folk and Muse, Inc. folk about
- the software THEY published! And maybe Electronic Arts - I would LOVE
- to see some of the software they used to publish for the GS reappear.
-
- Anyways, the last is the only still available commercial product, called
- DOS Master, by Glen Bredon. Check the mail order houses or see if the
- comp.sys.apple2 newsgroup has Glen's address and phone number. Glen has
- at least 3 major packages - DOS Master, Prosel (both an 8 bit and 16 bit
- version) and Procmd, which is a ProDOS 8/Applesoft set of extentions
- which allow one to write more sophisticated Applesoft programs. I wonder
- if Procmd works with Proline?
