- Hi,
-
- I have a couple of apple ]['s (one e, and one +) here, not being used, and
- was wondering if there was any good way to kludge them to
- become chart recorders--preferably dual channel, single ok.
- Both have the 5 1/4" floppies.
- One has a superserial card, the other a grappler clone parallel card
- voltages going in would be zero to either 1V or 10mV
- 1)
- Any easy way to use these to do the sensing? Or are there better products
- that I can use?
- 2)
- Time scale for data collecting would be on the order of 2 hours, most of it
- pretty flat, but when peaks start up, I'd like to be able to get fairly good,
- perhaps 100msec-ish samples. Is disk space going to be a problem?
- 3)
- If so, are there any good routines to compress or recode the data as it comes
- in?
- I think I remember Apple assembly enough to write in that,
- but it's been aeons....
-
- Email would be very gratefully appreciated,
- Thanks in advance,
-
