  14. A member of our Board has an Apple II GS and wants to use our e-mail
  15. system.  When asked if he had a modem, he said "What's a modem?"  So
  16. between his lack of knowledge about communications and my lack of
  17. knowledge about II GS' we are in trouble.  I've sent notes to the local
  18. Mac pros, but haven't heard back so I thought I'd try this group.

  20. I would appreciate information on 2400 baud modem suggestions, cable
  21. requirements (is it a different arrangement than a Mac II?) and,
  22. especially, easy to use software packages providing VT-100 support.
