  24. Sounds like llbd (now called rpcd at SR10.4) is NOT running ON the
  25. machine you are trying to run prmgr on.  Whenever you use an NCS based
  26. application (like rgyd, or prmgr) you need to run llbd on the *same*
  27. node so that it can communicate with the glbd (which can be on the
  28. same node or another).  Likewise, for glbd to communicate with the
  29. network correctly, you need to run llbd alongside glbd.
