  13.    We use the vt100 program to "convert" our Apollo windows into a
  14. standard vt1** window that can run vi, emacs and other screen based
  15. programs over the network.  When we use it, however, the arrow keys
  16. are not being mapped to their vt100 equivalents (at least emacs
  17. doesn't respond to them in the way that it should).  Is there a way to
  18. configure the mapping of the keys under the vt100 program?
