  13.     Has anyone sucessfully disabled the Xetec controller/Harddrive
  14. on an A500 ?  Sometimes, I use my machine for just games which are not
  15. harddrive compatible and since this controller does not have a game
  16. switch, I would like to know if there is a way to disable the darn
  17. thing without unplugging it.  Besides, I play for hours on certain games
  18. like Pinball Dreams which does not support FastRAM or Harddrive.  There's
  19. no need to have the RAM and drive running for many hours (it's just a
  20. waste of resources ... Wasting electricity, heating  up the room, 
  21. decrease the life of the equipment, etc.)
  22.     If someone has a hack on how to do such a thing, I would love
  23. to know how it can be done.  I can deal with some soldering and minor
  24. fixup.
