  22. You call or write SAS technical support.  They will send you a fix.  
  23. Every so often, we batch up the fixes and create a new numbered 
  24. release (5.10a, 5.10b and so forth.)  The latest fixes are also
  25. available on BIX.

  30. We don't have access to an FTP site to use for this.  Starting with 6.0,
  31. however, we will offer support via internet mail.

  36. I don't think many people would be willing to pay enough for this
  37. service to come close to covering costs.  Therefore, we've taken
  38. the approach of solving problems that are reported to us and 
  39. assuming that anyone else either hasn't encountered the problem
  40. or is working around it.

  42. We hope to be able to make 6.0 patches freely redistributable, 
  43. which should help make them much more easily obtainable.  Our
  44. legal department is looking into this now.
