  24. lpatch is freely redistributable, but lcompare is not.  In other
  25. words, you must own a copy of the compiler in order to create
  26. patches, but your customers can use lpatch to apply the changes
  27. without owning SAS/C.

  29. You need to contact SAS/C Technical support to get a copy of 
  30. lcompare, it isn't on the normal compiler disks (not enough room).
