- lpatch is freely redistributable, but lcompare is not. In other
- words, you must own a copy of the compiler in order to create
- patches, but your customers can use lpatch to apply the changes
- without owning SAS/C.

- You need to contact SAS/C Technical support to get a copy of
- lcompare, it isn't on the normal compiler disks (not enough room).
