  12. I was told by SAS that I need to use a program called "lcompare" to
  13. generate files usable by "lpatch" if I want to generate binary diffs. 
  14. Where-o-where can I find lcompare?  I did an archie search but it turned
  15. up nothing.  From what I gathered from SAS lcompare/lpatch are
  16. distributable.  Is this true?  If so, perhaps someone could tell me where I
  17. could FTP it from?
