  18.     Why?  Just call Commodore's main number, ask for Department C, and
  19. explain the problem.  I have dealt with Department C, and they are very
  20. friendly and helpful.  My AREXX guide arrived without a disk.  I called
  21. and left a message on their voice mail.  30 minutes later, I got a call
  22. back, and the problem got solved -- they sent me a disk which arrived
  23. 2 days later.

  30.     The book was backordered for several weeks.  I got my copy about
  31. 6 weeks after my 2.0 Native Developer's kit arrived.

  33.     Just call Commodore's general number (it's in the 215 area code)
  34. and ask for Department C.
