  26. The trouble turns out to be that, while I do have 4 Meg RAM, it is configured
  27. in 0.5 meg NON-CONTIGUOUS blocks.  (grumble grumble ARRGHH!!)  What's the
  28. point of non-contiguous RAM? (grumble grrr)
