  19. Of course the 1.3 header files from 5.10b will work with 6.0.  The 1.3 headers
  20. haven't changed.  Of course the 2.04 header files can be used for 1.3
  21. development, as long as you don't use 2.04 features unless on a machine with
  22. 2.04 or better.

  24. The OS includes aren't tied to a specific compiler -- 1.3 includes are the same
  25. for all revs of all compilers.  The OS includes are backward compatible -- if
  26. they weren't, you probably would have a machine that was compatibile with older
  27. programs.  The only reason you might want 1.3 includes is if you want to make
  28. sure you don't accidentally take advantage of 2.04 features -- but you can do
  29. that by running on a 1.3 machine.
