  18. DICE fits either of the two above qualifications.  It's shareware,
  19. and the registered version is fairly competitive with commercial
  20. compilers.  The free version is a few features smaller but still,
  21. from what I've heard, far ahead of the various low-grade free PD compilers in
  22. general usefulnes and performance.  Check Fish disk 491.
