- Huh? Where do you get this information from? It is a well known fact that
- commodore requires authorised dealers/developers to agree to abide by
- certain strictures in order to acquire and retain such devine status.
- Among these agreements are things such as nondisclosure of beta products,
- and for dealers, I suspect you would find a requirement that the dealer in
- question would lose his authorised status if he sold products not approved
- by C=. That's not infringement. If someone wanted to complain in court, a
- judge would tell them, "You agreed to it, now you have to abide by C='s
- rules or C= has the right to excommunicate you. Sez so right here, above
- your grotty signature. You _did_ read this before you signed it didn't
- you?" The slimy C= corporate type snickers and goes out for pizza to
- celebrate the judge throwing out the case..., while the former authorised
- dealer slashes his wrists while simultaneously mailing a bomb to your
- address...
-
- Or, in simpler terms, I think C= certainly _can_ do that...;)
-
-
- "Sometimes what you say is going to get right in the faces of the powerful
- people who really run this world, but you don't care.... You know it's
- your place to challenge authority...."
