  12. I think the original poster was asking about GNU emacs, not Micro emacs
  13. (_world_ of difference <grin>).

  15. As for starting subprocesses, you can fake it by using ARexx an
  16. re-defining the emacs functions to use it instead of whatever they used
  17. to do.

  19. The amiga-set-geometry problem doesn't bother me much, because I usually
  20. start GNU emacs and leave it running all the time until I reboot my
  21. machine for some reason.
